Responsibilities:
- Must be bilingual in Spanish - Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Experience in answering phone calls, receiving messages, sending emails, filing, copy/ scanner machine - Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar - Prepare and send billing and payments to different vendors - Handle customers inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized Skills:
- Experience working in an office setting - Proficiency in using computers, navigate through websites - Strong knowledge of customer service protocols - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records - Strong organizational skills to keep the front desk area running smoothly Note:
