- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and other systems - Verify accuracy and completeness of data - Maintain confidentiality and security of data - Organize and maintain files and records - Assist with administrative tasks as needed Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Proficient in basic math calculations - Excellent clerical and administrative skills - Experience with data entry and file management - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and work with pivot tables - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Note:
Prior experience in data collection, order entry, or office administration is a plus.
