Must have at least 1-year experience in Dental & at least 5 years experience in customer service Dental assisting experience is also a big plus.
Looking to cross train for front desk & dental assistant.
Would you like to work in a beautiful, high end practice with a wonderful doctor and terrific team? Do you have excellent customer service and communication skills? If you answered yes to these questions we would like to meet you! Duties include:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct phone calls and monitor emails Schedule appointments Insurance verification & collecting money Maintain a clean and organized reception area This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and have a positive attitude.
Chairside dental assisting experience is a big plus.
