This is an onsite position (No Remote or tele-commute option is available) This is a salary plus commission position.
Must have previous healthcare staffing or recruiting experience For more than 30 years, Specialty Professional Services Corp has provided acute care healthcare professionals (HCPs) to facilities throughout the NY metropolitan region.
The major duties of a Health Care Recruiter involve building relationships with and recruiting healthcare professionals to ensure client needs (both per diem and contract) are staffed in a timely manner.
This job will entail working at an extremely fast pace, and will require working cooperatively with and through people with an attention to detail, in order to complete tasks.
Job Duties Source employees for specific assignments, using various job posting/search mediums Perform extensive Internet-based research, data mining, cold calling and other sourcing techniques to build candidate pipelines and profiles Creatively network and use social media to contact/search for applicants Cold call and build relationships by phone/email to generate awareness and candidate flow Perform initial screening of applications and resumes, interview candidates, complete reference checks, evaluate candidates, and make recommendations for hire Ensure all required paperwork and documentation is completed for all candidates Seamlessly transition identified candidates over to our Quality Assurance department and Staffing Account Managers- as appropriate.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required 2
years experience in recruitment/inside or tele-sales experience 1
years in a healthcare recruitment Proficient in Microsoft Suite Excellent communication skills, both orally and written A strong emphasis on customer service Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize Analytical skills, detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem solving Strong negotiation skills Must be able to respond to change in a positive and productive way Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a professional and positive attitude Ability to collaborate with all people/aspects of the selling cycle to achieve goals MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER Physical Requirements Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time Occasionally move throughout office environment Continually observe information/data both on paper and electronically at a close range/distance Continually operate computer and other electronic office equipment Job Type:
